Ibne Batuta was not only a tourist but he was also an Islamic scholar so the purpose of his tour was not an entertainment. When he started his tour, he was 25 years and when he came back to his home town he was old and wrote his book  "Safarnama Ibne Batuta" in Arabic language. The compiler of this book Raees Ahmad Jaffery translated his book into Urdu language and named it  "Safarnama Ibne Batuta".
